Welcome!

So, I caved!
I have been visiting so many wonderful cardmaking blogs the past couple of years, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the jorney and all the inspiration they have provided, and so I finally decided to be a part of the FUN. The name of my blog says it all, really, being creative with stamps and ink is what I enjoy the most, and if I can inspire someone with my hobby I am a happy camper, eh...stamper!

The first card I will be sharing is made for the current Hero Arts challenge, and I chose to work with layered backgrounds. I started by adding four different Distress Inks to the leaf cluster (CG288), Shabby Shutters, Peeled Paint, Broken China, and Wild Honey, spritzed with a mix of water and Perfect Pearls, and stamped on watercolor paper. Spritzed again without reinking, for a second generation print. Repeated the same procedure with the friends definition (CG125), using Distress Ink Pumice Stone. The ribbon is Hug Snug Seambinding, colored with Distress Inks Shabby Shutters and Peelend Paint.
Thanks for looking!

Hugs, Anette :o)
