Color pencils - Hero Arts challenge
This is quite rare, but so far I haven't submitted any cards to this month's challenge at the Hero Arts' blog! Well, that is about to end right now, with this card:
I masked off the middle part of a craft notecard, and stamped the Ruffled Flower from Hero Arts (S5482), then colored it with my (or, to be truthful: my daughter's) colored pencils. The idea with the green was to make some of the flower petals into leaves. Not sure I like how it turned out, but I'm not doing it over again! The border is also from Hero Arts, but it's an older stamp, and I've lost the label, so I don't know the name..

I love how you colored the flower, the blue of the petals and green of the leaves is really lovely! Gorgeous card, the borders and the details are all so wonderful.

Amazing!!! Just love your coloring on the craft and blue and green are so perfect on the flower. This is my winner this month.
