A card and some jam!

Hi everyone,
today I'm sharing a card I made a while back for the Kreative Fornemmelser design team.
Simple stamping is all there is on this card, so very easy, but still I really like how it came together, and how well the colors Pumice Stone and Wild Honey go together!

All stamps are from Hero Arts, Designer Woodgrain S5208, Sweet Threads Thank You CL511, and Luscious Patterned Flowers (sentiment) CL508. Ribbon colored with Distress Stain Wild Honey.

AND! Something completely NOT card related, but I had to share the awesome colors!
I made this year's first batch of rhubarb and strawberry jam the other day:

PDCC82 and CAS-ual Fridays #3

Another wonderful color story was given to us to work with on this week's challenge at the Play Date Cafe, and the theme for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge was Bring the Bling, so these two put together ended up in this combination:

 

I got the Elegant Weeds (CG185) from Hero Arts a while back, but this is the first time I've used it - shame on me! It is such a gorgeous stamp, and all it really needs is some ink, no coloring necessary! The background was created using alcohol ink "stonewashed", the bottom portion was colored using Distress Ink Scattered Straw.
