May 17th is Norway's constitution day, and we have been celebratrinag all day, with children's parades, bads, games, and lots of FUN!

CAS-ual Fridays challenge #2

Clean And Simple is my absolute favorite style when it comes to cards, and also in designs in general, so I when heard about the new CAS-ual Fridays' challenge, I heard it call out my name! Loud and clear!

The challenge was to use both buttons and twine, and after some thought I ended up sewing with the twine, in a circle around the main image. I used a Spellbinders circle die as my template, and poked the holes before threading the twine. And let me tell you, threading jute twine is NOT easy!
 The flower is from the Hero Arts set CL511, Sweet Threads Thank You, and the background paper is from Basic Gray's Sweet Threads line. So cool how they coordinate, don't you think??
